How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
If you’d like to exchange or return an item, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request – Visit our Exchange & Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Pack Your Items – Ensure the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your items back.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Final sale items, including discounted or promotional products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
